Alain Mimouni’s first solo exhibition in Greece was proudly presented in the lobby of Cavo Tagoo Hotel in Mykonos. The french artist came to Greece to attend the opening of his solo exhibition, which took place in July 16th, 2024. The luxurious place was filled with renowned art lovers and customers of the hotel.
Alain Mimouni presented in person his unique, custom-made artworks which he prepared especially for Mykonos island and “The Art Dose”. This collection is exclusively made for this exhibition and will never be available again in this form.
The impressive exhibition was accompanied by the spectacular sunset of the island, the pleasant music chosen by the DJ of the evening and the tasty cocktails and drinks provided by Cavo Tagoo.
Many lucky visitors had the opportunity to discuss with Alain Mimouni about his work, take pictures with him and purchase artworks with his own dedication.
Specialising in optical illusions, Alain Mimouni unites painting with sculpting through 3D designs, focusing on contemporary pop and street art styles. His colourful dollars have themes such as comics, cartoons, luxury brands, but also superheroes. They are made from aluminium, acrylic paint, but also gold or silver leaves, and they are among his most famous works. With exhibitions in Europe as well as in America, Alain Mimouni is one of the most up-and-coming artists in his category.
